Easy Homemade Granola

My mom makes the best granola...


Mix 4 cups rolled oats, 1 plus cup slivered almonds, 1 plus cup pecan pieces and 1 plus cup walnut pieces.


Melt 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup honey. Stir this into the oat mixture.


Lay flat on a greased baking sheet and bake at 250 for 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes take out of the oven and stir. 


Store in a ziplock bag or air-tight container. It's great to eat a handful by itself or with milk and fruit. Enjoy!
